What are your portrait lead times?
Each portrait is a hand-crafted labor of love. Generally, digital illustrations take 5-7 business days, while watercolor originals require 14-21 days to allow for proper layering and drying.
How do you ship delicate art?
We treat every piece like the treasure it is. Original works are shipped in acid-free archival sleeves, sandwiched between heavy-duty recycled rigid boards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we believe pet love knows no borders. We ship globally using tracked services. International delivery usually takes 10-20 business days.
Can I request a memorial portrait?
Memorial gifts are at the heart of our sanctuary. We handle these requests with extra sensitivity and care. Just let us know in your message.
